THE MODEL

Agency is crucial to New City Kids’ growth mindset. Teens are invited and equipped to be employed, trusted leaders in a community of their peers. This agency doesn’t occur in just any community however–it’s a community where four kinds of development are always happening in concert with one another: spiritual, leadership, academic, and musical.
