New City Kids
After more than a decade of growing as a national organization, New City Kids
is entering an exciting new season. To better serve our local communities and
ensure sustainability, each of our sites will now operate as an independent,
locally led organization.
Jersey City will continue under the leadership of
Daymiris Gell as Executive Director.
Grand Rapids will operate under
New City Networks, a Michigan-based
nonprofit that supports the New City Kids
model locally and globally.
Paterson will continue through
Dawn Treader Christian School’s Impact Programs, ensuring youth in the community of Paterson remain supported.
Detroit will partner with Motor City Music Club to carry forward our mission and programs.
